Aging Process Bacchus is destemmed and left on skins for about a week, then fermented and aged in stainless steel on full lees for 10 months; Silvaner and Müller-Thurgau are vinified similarly but aged post-fermentation in Franconian oak; Pinot Gris matures in old barrels.

2Naturkinder was founded in 2013 by Melanie and Michael, who left corporate jobs to make natural wines in Franconia, Germany. The winery has been operating since 1843. Wilde Meute means 'wild pack' and is a skin-contact blend showcasing natural, biodynamic, and organic practices.
