Bruno Paillard was the first Champagne house to print the disgorgement date on every bottle. The house uses a solera system for reserve wines since 1985. The house owns 32 ha of vineyards including Grand Cru and Premier Cru sites. The Champagne is made with up to 50% reserve wines from 25 vintages.
