Aroma Wide, elegant, fresh, rich in aromas of small red fruits, violet, ripe grape, with pleasant spicy notes including cherry, currant, plum, and spices.
Palate Fine, fresh, medium-bodied, very balanced with soft acidity, velvety texture, and a long spicy finish.
Finish Long, spicy finish with balanced acidity and pleasant lingering flavors.

Aging Process Aged 14 months in medium size oak casks (2500-4000 litres) to soften and integrate tannins.
Fermentation Fermentation in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature with medium maceration using délestage for over 18 days.

Harvest Desc Grape bunches are hand-sorted on a vibrating table and chilled with carbonic snow to avoid oxidation and reduce sulphur use. After destemming, berries are hand-sorted on a second vibrating table and softly crushed. This process is screw conveyor free to handle grapes gently.
