Palate Medium bodied, round, well-balanced and delicate; a round and supple wine with well-knit tannins on the palate; displays plummier, fuller fruit with cherry and dark berry flavors highlighted by cocoa accents.
Finish Medium finish showing moderate tannins; nicely balanced with some structure.
Food Pairing Beef, veal, lamb, dishes in sauce, ideal as an aperitif with friends.
