Palate	Fresh acidity balanced by ripe red‑fruit flavours, medium body, fine tannic grip from oak, subtle creamy texture, and a vibrant, slightly salty mineral backbone.
Finish	Long, mineral‑driven finish with lingering saline notes, subtle herbal bitterness and a gentle echo of wild‑berry fruit.
