Aroma Intense aroma reminiscent of wisteria flowers and apple orchards, fresh summer fruits and flowers, hints of peach and watermelon, with a delicate almond note.
Palate Crisp and refreshing on the palate, lively and fresh with crunchy fruit, good persistence, fine and persistent bubbles, and a silky mouthfeel.
Finish Good persistence with a typical slightly bitter almond note closing the finish, clean and crisp.
Food Pairing Pairs well with Caprese salad, spicy crab cakes, pan-seared salmon, chicken pesto with angel hair pasta, light meals, seafood appetizers, and creamy pasta dishes.
