Interesting facts
Les Chabiots vineyard lies adjacent to Les Amoureuses in the southern Premier Cru area. The name derives from caboche, referring to large rocks and stone blocks found during soil preparation. Shallow limestone bedrock creates silky elegance. Handpicked with 35-40% new oak aging for 16-17 months.
