Interesting facts
Named after Cyril's great-grandmother, from several top parcels of old vines in Marsannay such as Champs-Salomon, Les Crais, La Pucine, Herbues, and Les Echezeaux. Farming is entirely organic with certification as of the 2018 vintage. Cyril is the 5th generation of Audoins in the commune of Marsannay.
