Interesting facts
Domaine de Bichery was renewed in 2015 by Raphaël and Hannah, who immediately converted to organic viticulture, inspired by Vouette & Sorbée and Drappier. They produce small quantities (5,000–15,000 bottles/year), Brut Nature without dosage, with minimal sulfur, aged for at least 24 months on lees.
