| Eiswein is produced nearly every year due to Grüner Veltliner's thick skin allowing grapes to hang on vines long without damage. Grapes must be harvested at -7°C or below as per Austrian law. Casks used for aging are made from local Manhartsberg wood, not French or American oak. |
