Tasting
| Aroma | The intense bouquet exudes aromas of red and black fruits (cherry, blackcurrant, blackberry...) mingled with delicate oak, evolving over time into more complex aromas (spices, underbrush, leather...). On the nose, our Morey-Saint-Denis Premier Cru "Les Sorbets" is redolent of wild sour cherry with notes of leather and a hint of oak. It acquires more complex aromas with animal and spicy nuances when allowed to age. |
| Palate | Fleshy and ample on the palate, this wine has a beautiful structure that makes it perfectly balanced. Bright cherry fruit is at the core of this elegant red, matched to a juicy texture and firm yet well-integrated structure. |
| Finish | Its long finish is silky and deliciously fruity. Sandalwood, vanilla, and chalk dust accents add interest, and the finish achieves a terrific balance and harmony. |
| Food Pairing | Cured meats and salted meats, Cheese dishes, Grilled and roasted white meats, Grilled and roasted red meats, Brown sauce meats, Game and offal, Cheeses |
