Interesting facts
Codorniu produced the first-ever bottle of Cava in 1872 and is Spain's longest-standing producer of wine and cava with over 460 harvests. The organic grapes are harvested separately to avoid contamination. The winery in Sant Sadurní d’Anoia is a National Historic-Artistic Monument.
