Palate In the mouth, then, it is a symphony of flavours ranging from raspberry, plum and elegant, medium-weight style with velvety texture and fine tannins.
Finish The finish is long and persistent, showing integrated Valrhona chocolate and coffee grind flavours that whirl into a panaforte mix of dates and soaked/macerated plums.
