Tasting
Color Desc Deep dark ruby in colour with purple reflections, and subtle brightening on the rim.
Aroma This wine captivates with its intense aromas of raspberries, blackcurrant, and violets, enhanced by a touch of mint and spices. There are many flavours swirling around in the glass: cassis, graphite, violets, wild berries, and mint.
Palate Its palate, both pure and velvety, offers great depth, with ripe, perfectly integrated tannins. Balanced and harmonious. The palate is medium-bodied with silky tannins and perfectly pitched acidity.
Finish it reveals a long and precise finish, driven by the elegance of Cabernet Franc. You can feel this on your tongue long after it has departed. There is a surfeit of freshness on the finish. The slightly higher proportion of Cabernet Franc imparts a touch more pepperiness toward the finish.
