Tasting
Aroma A bouquet of white wine suggests citrus, fresh butter, fern, dried fruits, spices, and honey.
Palate The body and bouquet are indistinguishable, as structure and harmony merge into a perfect unity. Creamy and firm, dry and caressing, enveloping and deep, it possesses all the graces under an inflexible character.
Finish Creamy and firm, dry and caressing, enveloping and deep, it possesses all the graces under an inflexible character.
Food Pairing Bresse chicken with cream, veal sweetbreads with morels, truffled foie gras, Comté or aged Cantal. Large fish and shellfish (monkfish, crayfish, char, langoustine, lobster), but also with pan-seared veal.
